Friday October 16th 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Saturday October 17th 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
FREE 1” to 1.5” CALIPER TREES will be available to individuals, families and community groups for planting on private property. All home and property owners are limited two trees each. Trees will be distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Limited quantities of the following species of trees will be available: Eastern Redbud, SweetGum, Yellowwood, Magnolia, Crab Apple, Oak and Little Leaf Linden.
Not sure what type of tree you want? Horticulture specialists will be on hand to answer questions and provide species selection recommendations.
Simple tree planting and care instructions come with your tree. All you need is a place to plant, a shovel and access to water.
